You've invested in your home. You want the exterior to reflect that — not just in the structure and the roofline, but in how the property looks and feels from every angle. The walkway that welcomes guests. The patio where your family gathers. The landscape that frames the home you've worked to make beautiful.
Our landscaping division was built to extend the same standards we hold indoors to every square foot of your property outdoors. From landscape design and installation to masonry work and seasonal maintenance, we handle your outdoor spaces with the same attention, planning, and execution that defines every project we take on.
Good landscaping does more than add greenery — it shapes the way your property is experienced. We design and install landscape plans that complement your home's architecture, work with the natural conditions of your lot, and are selected to thrive in Cape Cod's coastal climate.
Plant selection, grading, drainage considerations, lawn installation, garden beds, and edging — we plan the full picture so the finished landscape looks intentional and holds its quality through the seasons.
What's included:
Landscape design and plant selection · Lawn installation and grading · Garden bed design and installation · Edging, borders, and ground cover · Irrigation planning and coordination · Drainage solutions for wet areas · Seasonal planting programs
Keeping a Cape Cod property looking its best takes consistent attention — especially through the transition between seasons. Our seasonal cleanup service gives property owners a reliable, thorough maintenance solution without the burden of managing it themselves.
Spring cleanups prepare your property after winter: clearing debris, refreshing beds, and setting the landscape up for the growing season. Fall cleanups address leaf removal, plant preparation, and property condition before winter sets in. Both services are handled by the same team — with the same attention to detail we bring to every project.
What's included:
Spring cleanup: debris removal, bed clearing, edging refresh, and seasonal plant installation · Fall cleanup: leaf removal, plant cutback, bed cleanup, and winterization prep · Property assessment and any condition notes following each visit
Masonry features define outdoor spaces the way furniture defines interior rooms. A well-built stone patio, a fieldstone retaining wall, a brick walkway — these are the elements that make a property feel finished, elevated, and designed with intention.
We build outdoor masonry features across Cape Cod properties: patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, garden borders, and decorative stone work. Every installation is built on proper foundations, engineered for drainage and longevity, and finished to complement your home's existing style.
What's included:
Stone and brick patio installation · Retaining walls (stone, block, and fieldstone) · Walkways and front entry paths · Outdoor steps and landings · Garden borders and raised planting beds · Firepit surrounds and outdoor features · Driveway borders and aprons
Because our landscaping division is part of Create Build & Remodel, your outdoor work is coordinated with any interior projects, additions, or exterior construction — with the same project management standards applied throughout.
We don't offer package landscaping plans. Every design is developed for your specific lot, your home's architecture, and the conditions of your property. What works on one Cape Cod property doesn't automatically work on the next.
Cape Cod's coastal environment is specific. We select plants and materials that perform here — tolerant of salt, wind, and the region's seasonal swings — so your landscape investment holds up year after year.
We've been remodeling homes in this region for over two decades. We know the local climate, the suppliers, the standards — and what it takes to deliver work that holds up and looks great long after the project is done.
Every landscaping and masonry project starts with a complete written proposal. You'll know exactly what will be done, what it will cost, and what the finished result will look like before any work begins.
We’ll come to your property, assess the conditions and the potential, and give you a clear proposal for landscaping, masonry, or seasonal maintenance work that fits your vision and your budget.

No commitment required. No pressure. Just a clear conversation about your project.
Spring is the most popular season for new landscape installations — conditions are right for planting and the growing season ahead reinforces new plantings quickly. That said, masonry work and hardscaping can be done throughout the warmer months. We'll help you plan the right timing for your specific project.
A standard stone patio project typically takes 3 to 7 days depending on size and complexity. Retaining walls and larger masonry projects can run 1 to 3 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the estimate visit.
Absolutely — and it's often the most efficient approach. Coordinating a deck build with surrounding masonry and landscaping work allows for better overall design integration and typically results in a cleaner finished property. We manage both within the same project plan.
We work with natural stone (fieldstone, bluestone, granite), concrete pavers, brick, and block systems. The right material depends on your home's aesthetic, the application, and your budget. We'll walk you through the options during the consultation.
Seasonal cleanups are our primary recurring maintenance service. For ongoing maintenance needs beyond that scope, reach out and we'll discuss what's available for your property.
We serve Cape Cod and the Plymouth region, including Hyannis, Barnstable, Falmouth, Sandwich, Yarmouth, Dennis, Harwich, Chatham, Orleans, Brewster, and surrounding towns.
